When you complete an enquiry form we collect: first name, last name, email address, phone number, postcode, property type, and insulation requirements. When you visit the site we may automatically collect: IP address, device and browser information, pages visited, referring URL, and interaction events. With your consent we also set analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel).

3. Lawful Basis

We process your enquiry data on the lawful basis of legitimate interests (responding to your funding eligibility request and arranging a survey) and, where you have given it, your consent (for analytics, advertising cookies, and marketing communications). You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the cookie preferences button on this site or by emailing us.

4. Retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, unless you become a customer (in which case we retain records for up to 7 years to meet UK accounting and warranty obligations). (SMS and call routing where enabled); Microsoft / our email provider (transactional and marketing email). All processors are bound by data processing agreements. Some processors are based in the United States; transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Data Protection Addendum.
